  • i love love but love seem not to love me so why is it we chase for something that we can never grasp

if you were to miss me

would you miss my smile or would you forget i had emotions at all
would you miss my eyes and how they shine bright or would you be glad not to see the light
would you forget the love i would give or would you say she was just a kid
if you were to miss me would you cry
because the thought of losing me hurt you inside or would you say o well she died

hi kutiespie I found your poem refreshing as it's not long-winded & you're straight to the point,I enjoyed your poem muchly, cheers Desmeii

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.

Allen Ginsberg (1926-1997) U.S. poet.
