    If only someone knew

    If only someone knew.

    By:Leah Johnson

To: Roger Borkgren The best dad ever

    Date:12/03/08

    Time:3:29pm-4:01pm

    If only someone knew.

All this pain I go threw.

Tears shed from the eyes you adore.

I can't help but let them pour.

It's been almost a year now.

I've made it threw so I'll take a bow.

    Your grandson looks like you.

    He acts like you to.

It's been hard without you here.

But I always feel you near.

Ricky's been by my side threw this hell.

He knows me all to well.

He's the man you wanted for me.

I learned to let myself free.

I no longer am sad that you're gone.

For you are were you belong.

No more suffer, no more pain.

Even for me that is a gain.

    I love you dearly daddy.

    If only someone knew.

All the hell you went threw.

I know I will be alright.

Ricky taught me how to fight.

No longer will this tear shed.

No longer will I cry in bed.

I will remenber you for who you are.

    No matter how far.

    From heaven to earth.

    I feel your love.

It's so pure and true like a dove.

You fly high with the eagles and run wild like the horses.

You sore threw me like no other has.

    You're the dad.

    I never had.

I'll never forget what you did for me.

For now I see that you are still with me.

    You always did care.

Even though you weren't always fair.

    You always cared so much.

    Took my every punch.

    Some very hard to take.

    Some even made you break.

For the longest time I blamed you.

    For everything I went threw.

I said it was your fault my father hurt me.

But I now know you couldn't do anything to set me free.

I had to do it on my own.

Now that I have I feel like I'm a queen sitting on a new throne.

I now realize thru the years you taught me alot.

    Especailly everytime we faught.

You taught me to care and understand.

How to be a better woman.

If it weren't for you I wouldn't be who I am now.

    Thank you dad.

I know I drove you mad.

Thank you for not giving up on me.

    Forcing me to see.

You are the third best in my life.

    My son the first.

Even though like me he maybe the worst.

    This is not goodbye.

    This is not the end.

But I will see you later my loving dad and friend.
