    ICE

We kiss and I feel content
    All is warmth and feeling
    To me you were sent
To stop my heart from reeling.

Love at this time is calm
And peace and hope for each other
I reach out and hold your palm
And know that we are together.

There is no emblazioned passion now
That is the stuff of another time
    Only the call to renew
    The feeling of feeling fine.

    We go on.
