    I dreamed

     I dreamed I was alive, no it doesn't happen all the time. I dreamed I was more, but just felt less. I dreamed I had you, though it seems it was a jest. I dreamed I was something, made up of nothing. I dreamed I was smart, knowing I couldn't fit the part. I dreamed I was happy, but that isn't me. I dreamed I was alive, I woke to feel it in time.
