Fibromyalgia
My body ∙ Not broken ∙ Aching
Certain tender points worsen in the cold
Some feel better ∙ my body joints pressure points and muscles tightening ∙ spasms cramping when I stay still for too long, but hurts to move ∙ that’s not all, No there’s much more ∙ Sight blurry can’t focus on things near by ∙ Scary at times that this day, that day just may be my last day ∙ Chest pain like someone dropping bricks ∙ Heart starts racing feels it’s getting pulled out ∙ In risk of having a heart attack ∙ Abdominal pain most of the time ∙ Backed up to cleansing myself back and forth to the bathroom ∙ Noises and smells making me sick∙ Becomes painful at times ∙ Not life threatening but has threaten me to slow down ∙ No cure ∙ Just have to feel better ∙ Have good days ∙ Have bad days ∙ Seems at times bad is out weighing the good ∙ Fibromyalgia
“Affects up to 5% of the population including children.” Disorder which might be hereditary and in more women than men.
I’m so lucky to be a woman and have my family_ THINK ABOUT IT
