    Dying To Know (Lyrics)

Lifeless I lay, until the day
I see your shinning face again
You have the eyes of an angel
The kind that could pierce right through my skin
I call out your name, and you're no where to be found
I'm left here breathless, and my heart won't make a sound

And I'm dying to know, what's on your mind
And I'm dying to know, if I'll ever, hold your hand in mine
    Starring in your eyes, expressionless
    Feeling nothing but uncontrollable bliss
Till I wake, then I see it was nothing but a dream to me

    Happy endings never work
    And people never live forever
    When you find that person
    To have and to hold
Keep them by your hearts and
    Never let them go

And I'm dying to know, whats on your mind
And I'm dying to know, if I'll ever, hold your hand in mine
    Starring in your eyes, expressionless
    Feeling nothing but uncontrollable bliss
Till I wake then I see it was nothing but a dream to me
Till I wake then I see, from the corner of my eye, you next to me

There are so many things that seem to be just a dream...i feel like i live in a dream most of the time

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
