death!
What then shall we say?
Why is Death leaving among men?
Oh you Death!
You have caused pain and tears,
Every man and every woman,
Every boy and every girl
cry for their departed loved ones.
Oh Death!
When will your time be over?
Your hands are as cold as snow,
And the stigma you leave behind
are never forgotten,
It is like a birthmark.
Death, you are regard as
“A respecter of no man”, is very cruel,
It takes without asking,
It takes without sympathy,
It takes without warning.
Oh Death!
Why did you chose to stay among men,
Oh! Please go far away,
Far to the desert
where no man lives there and die,
So that even Death can taste Death.
Oh you Death!
On thing you’ve always left behind
is bitterness and sadness,
You take without returning,
Oh Death! Thou art wicked!
Since the beginning of man,
You were born,
Men die and die,
But you Death chose to stay,
You had refused to die.
Oh Death!
Leave us alone,
We don’t need you,
You bring harm instead of happiness,
You bring sadness instead of joy,
You bring calamity instead of peace,
Why do thou choose to stay among men.
To every Death that has occurred,
To every bitterness
and sadness that has followed,
And to every stigma that has been made,
Death is a lesson for us that are living.
