    DEATH

    DEATH
    You talk about death
    You wish to die soon
You say death is you’re friend
You want you’re wish to come true
    You look deep inside yourself
and realize death is not you’re friend
you know you’re true feelings and….
You want death’s life to end
You go up to the mirror
    You’re face says you’re lying
    The real truth is that
    You’re scared of dying.

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
