Craft
How can something tidy
Come to be a mess
It doesn’t matter when or what
It never hurts us less
How can something horribly wrong
Be something more than perfect
Or something shouts out loud
Once a little secret
How can something covered
Be revealed in the blink of an eye
And a woman’s stressful day
Let out with one big sigh
How can something crying
Turn into such a laugh
Or a mess of just few words
It turns in to quite a craft
How can something black
Turn into something white
A man is crippled, deaf, and blind
Gifted with a sight
How can something such as words
Be turned into a brilliant song
Or maybe just a short little day
To a day so tough and long
How can something heavy
Now it’s just so light
Like a weight lifted off the shoulders
Now to fly the height
How can something wonderful
Turn into something great
Its life’s little mysteries
And those difficult crazy eights
How can something like the rain
Turn into beautiful sun
I guess you’ll have to wait and see
Because something will become!
Come to be a mess
It doesn’t matter when or what
It never hurts us less
How can something horribly wrong
Be something more than perfect
Or something shouts out loud
Once a little secret
How can something covered
Be revealed in the blink of an eye
And a woman’s stressful day
Let out with one big sigh
How can something crying
Turn into such a laugh
Or a mess of just few words
It turns in to quite a craft
How can something black
Turn into something white
A man is crippled, deaf, and blind
Gifted with a sight
How can something such as words
Be turned into a brilliant song
Or maybe just a short little day
To a day so tough and long
How can something heavy
Now it’s just so light
Like a weight lifted off the shoulders
Now to fly the height
How can something wonderful
Turn into something great
Its life’s little mysteries
And those difficult crazy eights
How can something like the rain
Turn into beautiful sun
I guess you’ll have to wait and see
Because something will become!
