    Count It Joy

Count it Joy when you are faced with the trials and temptation,
For even when suffering you can point others toward salvation.
For the trying of your faith works patience into this life.
So rejoice in the midst of all your temptation and strife.
Now let patience work in her perfect way,
While asking for God's wisdom each day.
For Christ will freely give the wisdom that you need,
If you allow His Holy Spirit and Word to sow a seed.

    amen!

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
