    come into this place

you seem to think about it-
    too much gumbo
    too much deceit

    too little freedom
    too much latitude

the sun can be the dry eye of hell
and this vally of judgement the provence of marooned soldiers
    what about what you missed,
the tired stageworn grin which veils an entropic grimace

what fat purile pigheaded plague came to these shores so long ago
    and what had it fled

    now you see
    too much to swallow
    get choked up
    but soon....
    full throttle
