bonjour mon amie

even though, 'tain't even so,
that you ain't no friend of mine,
due to some unlatched hitch,
or quirk or glitch,
in the matrix of space and time,
if not for such dynamics
our course would be conclusive,
but i guess holding-on and letting-go
ain't mutually exclusive,
and so it be,
twixt you and me,
an ebb and flow so convoluted,
we aren't one-in-the-same,
or two-of-a-kind,
but otherwise well-suited.

jw, Very clever and I particularly like the style of the way you inadvertently try to admit that the girl is different but still fine! Creative and entertaining. ginga

Poetry is when an emotion has found its thought and the thought has found words.
