    All i ever wanted

    All I ever wanted

    Was someone to understand me

    My pain and my sorrow

    My happiness and joys.

    All I ever needed

    Was that one true love

    To be with me always

    TO comfort and support.

    All I ever hoped for

    Was a new beginning

    A fresh new start

In this world so new and so old.

    All I ever saw

    Was the needy and sick

    The poor and the rich.

    Day in and day out

    All I ever heard

Was screams of joy, pain, and laughter

Cries of hope and endless wonder.

    All I ever got

Was to be born into this world

    And try to survive.
