    Poem Commentary

    on October 16, 2008, i lost my dad. he was 61 years old and i wrote this poem at 2:14am when i found out he passed away from a heart attack.
    i love this poem because it helps me remember he's in a better place.
    i miss you much pops.

    ♥Rest in Peace Daddy♥

    i lost someone i loved, who meant the most to me,

    and everytime i think about it, it's hard for me to breathe,

    he took the one who made me laugh,even when i didnt want to smile,

    everyone keeps tellinq me i'll be okay, it just takes a little while,

    but i dont want to forget the way we were so close, or how he was my best friend,

    or how he was doinq better and was supposed to be there until the very end,

    but now he's qone, and he's not cominq back to me,

    i'll never forget the way he could make everythinq look so easy,

    life is more complicated then i planned, and i just want everythinq to be okay,

    i want everythinq to be a dream, but life's never that easy anyways..
