A Little Girls' Eye.....

As the Tears fall down the Little Girls Eye's,
She looks to the sky and asks, “Why God? Why?
"Why must I be Trapped in This Life?
With this Thick Skin that Wont Let Me End my Life?
It Drives me to a Dark Depression that Clothes Me in Black,
and Shadows My Face with A Hood.
I'm brought in to a Dark and Lonely world that’s Empty besides Myself.
I feel like a Walking Zombie that does What She Has To Do in order to stay away from The Stress and The Pain that puts me in The Flames of Hell, that gives me a Story To Tell, about My Life and My Pain and My experience of being Insane.
Leaving me Wondering if my life will ever be sane....."

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
