A Game

A Game

They call it a game

A battle of hearts and of minds

But my darling, not with us

For you have won my heart with little effort

Before you, I was so lost and so cold,

But after, I became so full of life and smiles.

It’s so very strange to be so full of love after being so empty,

But with you it feels so right, so easy to fall.

You are the victor that has claimed my heart.

They may call it a game but I shall call it true love.
