    A cold Christmas day

    No snowy footprints coming
    No snowy footprint going
in the chrisp cold Christmas snow
All these years someone loved you
    All these years someone cared
    Someone cooked birthed  your children
washed your clothes lived your fears
    No tree no Christmas dinner
    No excited children wait
The heart that once was loving
    The heart that once cared
Is a heart with no feeling
years have washed away the tears
    No snowy footprints coming
No snowy footprints going in the cold december snow
    No Christmas presents waiting
    No presents to reject
    Your  all alone to reflect
    All you thought was't needed
All you thought was in your way
have gone and left you empty
    on this cold Christmas day
