    your worth unto me

    forever I will endure
press forward and ever reach higher
    I cannot move mountains
so I simply climb over them
step by step I continue on

    you are my everything

when I am confronted with impossible odds
beset by forces stronger than I
surrounded by those that I can not dare overcome
face to face with my own mortality
fighting for my very existence and all that
I am and will ever be

    you are my everything

when I have attained my treasures
halls of gold walls of platinum
    diamonds and rubies thrown about
fame and fortune held in hand

    you are my everything

    I live the eternal struggle
with strength of arm and battle ready
    acquiring riches and wealth
and all this means nothing without you

    you are my everything

This poem automaticlly put some notes in my mind that I couldn't help but sing this to. I like this one although if put to an arrangement for repetition needs to balance just a teeny bit. Oh you know what I mean. Yeah I like this one.

this is what I call humble but brave enough to face the reality. Incredibly written, I love it. 10+

it was good keep up the good work

Poetry is not the expression of personality but an escape from personality.
