    Withdrawal

She doesn't soothe half as much as she used to . . .
    Her curves are flattering.
Something about the way she speaks is irresistable,
    Attraction is versatile.

Rack my brain and bring on the nosebleeds 'cause I love the addicition.
Complaints cease and happiness is the forenight's energy.
Dropping like flies after the last line subcomes to memory.
I alleviate my pain by the strokes,
Wait for morning, another chance at striking out gracefully . . .
    Fate sealed indefinite.

She doesn't soothe half as much as she used to . . .
    Her curves are flattering.
Something about the way she speaks is irresistable,
    Attraction is versatile.

I retire to a stale relationship, inspiration hard to come by
    'Cause they drain me.
Circumstance hinders my attention span and her body's cold.
Lifeless fingers engage this audible necrophilia,
    I call this hobby release.
The short time inbetween the most intimate of affairs second to none,
But the buzz wears thin . . .

    Non-responsive
Until memory and THC argue me back to the drawing board,
Torture I can endure until the makeup dries
And I'm alive inside the arms of resurrection.
You are the lover I've been expecting.

She doesn't soothe half as much as she used to . . .
    Her curves are flattering.
Something about the way she speaks is irresistable,
    Attraction is versatile.

I liked the way you used parts of this poem repetitively as though it were a chorus in a song.

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.

John F. Kennedy (1917-1963) Thirty-fifth President of the USA
