when you left
when you left a part of me went with
no matter how many miles you put between us
ill never be complete
ill always remember the person that broke my heart and left me there to die
I try to forget you but I just can’t
you have my heart, mind, and soul
and once you were gone I realized what it ment to die
When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
