We Almost Had it All

Honestly, I have no idea how to word how I feel.
its like nothing in this world seems to be a big deal
I'm going to move forward, gonna go with the flow
and only tell people what they need to know
Only one person knows that we almost had it all
but they didn;t know that our relationship would fall
It started with some stabbing, some blood, and some tears.
and most of all the worst thing came to life, our fears
The ended up together one final time
it turned out it was themselves that they needed to find
It was too late for it, for the girl fell deep in love
had it not been the life, that she had dremaed of
The boy left confused was forced the other way
he hoped that this love they had would all turn out okay
She wanted to hide, from his friends and just escape
he wasn't sure how much more hut he could take
But it was two insignificants that kept them apart
these two same people would destroy their hearts
he treid to tell her the love he had
She refused to listen because the treatment was so bad
he beggeg and pleaded to give him another chance
They kissed one last time and shared their special dance
"please don;t leave" I'll be a better man
"But what about the future? What about Sam?"
i can just be your friend if thats what you want
I can't help the faces of my tormentors continuously haunt
trust in me, they won't hurt you anymore
This battle isn't over, I still have to fight for
I'm hurting and don't know where else to turn
but trust me and i will lead you away
Why do you still feel love when it's been long over?
