Wayward heart

My love for you shines my in the way like the stars in the night sky,
A longing that never seems to come,
But i shall keep moving through this nights cold embrace,
As your lips read these words do you long for me as well?
Does your heart shine my way?
I search for your touch only to find myself in emptyness and cold,
the cold that has hardend my heart,
yet for you i push on,
I will not be denied,
I willl not be lead astray,
As i come to you,
My heart beconing, calling.. longing...
But how can this heart be whole?
How can your heart fit mine?
Loves only true embrace is empty and cold for it does not share,
It does not bring comfort nor solace,
When the heart you seek had lead its way too it's own light.
