    Waiting on Tomorrow

    WAITING ON TOMORROW:

    Frozen in the rain,
    Waiting on tomorrow,
Washing my sins away with her memory,
Soaking my skin; leaving it brittle to the touch,

    Frozen in the rain,
    Tomorrow passes to tomorrow,
    Unable to move,
Reeling of pain from skin to bone,
Waiting on tomorrow; but tomorrow never comes.

Hi. I read all your work and find your style to be really appealling. I like the simplicity of it and the meaningful imagery. Nice work. This one is my fave.

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.

    Allen Ginsberg (1926-1997) U.S. poet.
