Vivid Dreams

Rainy walks in the meadow
Brings one close to remember
The days of your virtue.
It's now an illusion
But vivid with inclusion
And wish again was true.
The night begins to shadow
Makes you cry with sorrow
And sit like a statue.
The meadow fills with water
You soak and wish was hotter
Like the summers in Cancun.
The rain begins to sizzle
The birds sing out a whistle
And walk towards your castle
Another dream come true.

I love this one. Water is symbolic and the mood is in the water's reflection. Please keep writing and Sharon.g.

Visually the poem is quite expressive and detailed to the perspective of walk through the nature with all her beauty and elegance.
