TO LOSE A LOVED ONE
YOU FEEL LIKE ALL HOPE IS GONE
AND YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO GO ON
BUT PEOPLE ALWAYS SAY
YOU HAVE TO GO ON
YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT TO SAY
YOU JUST WANT TO SCREAM GO AWAY!!
IT FEELS LIKE YOUR HEART
HAS BEEN TORN APART
AND YOU WONDER HOW DO I
MAKE A NEW START
WE SHOULD TAKE COMFORT TO KNOW
THAT OUR LOVED ONE IS FREE
AND IF NO ONE ELSE BELIEVES
I BELIEVE THAT MY LOVED ONES
ARE UP IN HEAVEN
WAITING TO OPEN THE GATES FOR ME

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
