    This is War

Every time my candle is litg
You come and throw water on it
You dance and laugh all over me
Your wicked ways I cannot see

You beat me down, til its hard to breathe
You so desperately don’t want me to be free
The chains you have are wrapped around my body
So many times you have left me feeling sorry

To me, you’ve done what you want, I haven’t fought back
That’s been my mistake, to let you get me off track
Unfortunately for you, you too made a mistake
In my heart, I have now pulled out the stake

You see when you came across my friend, my brother, my family
That is when you put the fight in me
You poured gasoline on a dimly lit fire
Now to fight you is my only desire

With the God-head, three in one, I am protected
This anger you put in me, to you will be reflected
My whole life you wanted me to be scorched
Now my dimly lit candle is now a blazing torch
