    They are One

He jumped and he fell on his back.
He walked and he fell forward on his face.
He kissed and he missed just the right spot.
She touched him and she got second degree burns to her fingers.
As she hugged him she fell to her knees, the breeze made her freeze.
She smiled and her teeth fell from her mouth.
He smiled and she turned a pillow of salt.
    He cried and she crumbled.
He sang and he lost his voice, she danced and he started spinning.
She wrote and her fingers started dancing.

He ran and she crawled, he got stuck in quick sand and she ran away.
He screamed and she lost her hearing.
He breathe and his heart stopped.
She fell in love and he sanked deeper.
She gave up her heart and she became cold.
He remembered and she lost her memory.
He is connected to her and she is linked to someone else.
He is confused and she is a amused.
He almost gve into her and she almost gave him up.

She breathe and his heart stopped.
They kissed and the earth shook.
Their heart became one and they became inseparable.
He was free of the quick sand and she came running.
He lost his sight and she gained the world.
He saw jesus and she came running from the cruel, cruel world.

Unique verses! An original poem! More! More!

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.

    Allen Ginsberg (1926-1997) U.S. poet.
