    The Words You Speak

    Ummm...well
    Do I…
    Should I…
    I want to...
    But if I...
    Shit
Tapping my fingers against my desk
    In no specific way
    Letting my mind stray
    I just want...you?
Or, maybe, your words to bless my body
    In erotic tones
    Releasing pheromones into my skin
    Caught now
My breaths were too deep of you and now I'm high
And strung out on your vocal gunjah
So I spread my thoughts onto a bed of parchment
    And write my addiction
As your lips drop ashes of said word in smoke
    My eyes tighten
    My way guided by vibration
    Sensation into me by…you?
    Or is it your words
I drown in your metaphoric scent
And my mind is no longer famished
My body in withdrawal with every pause of your voice
And I stand in a garden of bliss
Grown through the kiss of your words
    Nourished by your fruit
As the vibrations of your voice soaks into my skin
    Into my bloodstream
In through the chambers of my heart
    And released throughout my me
    Falling to my knees
    Succumbing to what you say
Eyes changed by this drug of choice
    A distortion of now reality
    Contorted by then thought
Caught between the cigared words you blow out
    And that beautiful blow-out
So I’ll crumble the herbs that are you
And roll them in your words
And take them in together to get by
As I fall deep into this eternal high

In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.

    Franz Kafka (1883-1924) Czech writer.
