    THE UNSAID WORDS

    Dear Mike,
What's up friend, I had to write to ease my pain, because in losing you i still find it hard to keep my mental sane. In '89 was when we met, I know you remember Wilson School, and all them times you'd meet my challenge to match your foot speed like a fool, but in defeat i gained respect for you, a brotherly bond with lessons taught, like that time your black ass ran for miles, whilst me and Jim got caught...damn how fast time passes by when we're having so much fun, but for you it passed too quickly because your life had just begun...I Miss You mike!
Your memory shall never fade, not as long as I'm around, everyday I feel ashamed over the fact I let you down. Some days I wish to be with you, bringing a troubled life to its end, but then our friends would have to mourn me too, where does the sorrow end. It's a shame you get more love from us and it's all because you're gone, I guess that's the way we cope with death rejoicing on the fact that you moved on...I Miss You Mike!
This letter i write you friend comes from the bottom of my heart, it's for all the things I never said before we had to part. I give my word to you I'll do my best in helping Ann with Jasmine, making her your shining star where ever you are I'll be sure to make it happen. She will know her dad was special and hat he had a friend who cared, that's the least I can do to repay the debt for the one time I wasn't there. My words are a little late, I admit I took my time, but it was hell to put on paper all of the hurt I've held inside. This is a dedication in remembrance to say the least, going out to Micheal Arline, may you forever Rest in Peace!

best said may you have peace in your heart from the death of your friend

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
