THE FIRST COLOR!

BLACK IS THE ESSENCE OF ALL COLORS.

BLACK, BROWN AND YELLOW PEOPLE ARE MY BROTHERS.

FROM THE THE BLACK PEOPLE COMES THE WHITES.

THESE PEOPLE CAME WITH STRIFE.

THEY STOLE US FROM OUR HOMES.

AND MADE US THEIR SERVANTS.

AND MADE US BUILD THEM A HOME.

THEN THEY TOOK OUR RELEGION.

AND THEN GAVE US THEIR OWN.

THEY ENSLAVED OUR MINDS.

NOW WE GOT TO WORK FOR A DAMN DIME.

BUT NEVER FEAR,

BLACK IS HERE TO RESTORE OUR TIME.

AND LOOSE THE CHAINS OF THE MIND.

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
