    The color of my skin

The cream smooth brown frame that often feels shame and pain when a certain type of race has made it hard for us to present our face, cant understand when god has given us all his grace ,who are you to say that i am not required to be apart of his amazing world when he left us all here to shed the same blood but you feel that my black is lack but thats not the fact when you stole my life over a century of pain how dare you to think that you can erase my name, you are no better than me  you lie and you cheat , when you look in the mirror you see, pain but when i look in the mirror i see a great gain. you may have  made it high but you know the reason why you stole and you sold .skin so smooth but i know  you are  the fool.

welcome to the site, and thank you for seeing and feeling what i felt at a time in my life.

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.

    Allen Ginsberg (1926-1997) U.S. poet.
