    I'd like to thank Poetry

    You raised me

     

    I'd like to thank my struggles

    You never fazed me

     

    Your bullets never pierced

    They only grazed me

     

    Most Importantly...

    I'd like to thank the pen and pad

    Because you saved me.

    Thank you for your comments, you look so much like my little girl I was stunned for a moment, I liked your poem also it had an even flow, I look forward to reading more. When you get time check out some more of mine I think you will enjoy them and please rate them I appreciate your perspective
