    Tears in my eyes

    The rain pours down continuously,

     While i cry and dance.

They can't tell i'm really crying,

All they see black mascara running down my face.

    I close my eyes,

    And collapse to the ground.

I scream as loud as I can,

But it seems as though nobody is listening.

    I lie on the ground,

    Curled in a ball.

The blood trickles into my palms,

    Making warm red puddles.

    I lie there quietly crying,

Until he finds me just barely alive.

He bends down and his finger gently traces my jawline telling me everything is okay,

He picks me up and takes me in his arms...everything goes black.

I wake up in a hospital room,

He is holding my hand with his head down on the bed crying.

I sit up and look at myself,

    The bandages on my wrists.

    I reach my hand over,

    And gently touch his shoulder.

    He looks up teary eyed,

    And whispers my name.

Tears well up in my eyes,

    As I whisper, "I'm sorry...."

He leans over and wipes the tears away,

Whispering, "Please, don't cry..." and kisses my forehead.

He gets on the bed and lies next to me,

As I curl up in a ball holding onto him.

He wraps his arms around me,

And whispers, "Shh, its okay now....I'm not mad..." in my ear.

My hands clench the brown suede arm of his jacket,

I hold on and swear to never let go.

My body trembles as I sob uncontrollably,

And he just holds me tighter against him.

    A few hours later,

I calm down and fall asleep.

I wake the next morning and look around,

To find he is talking with the doctor.

    The doctor leaves the room,

He makes his way back over to me.

He strokes my hair behind my ear,

And says, "The doctor says you can go home tomorrow..."

    I sit up in bed,

And give him the biggest hug i can.

    He saved me,

    Saved me from death's clasp.

    He is my guardian angel,

Forever to stay and protect me.

So I thank him with my love,

    And I'll never stop... <3
