    Sweet Silence

    My motivations show no progress,
For the truth is hardly stressed,
    Although little comfort it brings,
    It would hardly matter,
    To such bothersome things.
The score of the obnoxious hellions,
    Keeps the grave laughter
In the room of mindless chatter,
    For silence is rare,
    An occasion found quite awkward.
But if it pleases me, I will listen to the noise.

    nice work write more soon...

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.

    Allen Ginsberg (1926-1997) U.S. poet.
