    Poem Commentary

    ----------------------------------------------
Son-jay and soñe sound exactly the same, but
soñe means" to dream" in spanish.

    Son-Jay

Son-jay I'm dad, can't hear your patter come.
Why does your presence take me in greatly?
With you a common day is a slow tome.
Your pages immerse me in fluid fantasy
Of my life that I believe entirely.
In moments where you flaunt what's possible.
What this dad thought to value ceased to be,
Nothing more than a child showing I'm teachable,
    Still!Past blue moons you're a fairytale reachable,
Wish to stay as you become a nightmare.
    Crying troubled images so credible
Waken with life lessons I have grown to share.
But you are just my imagination's birth.
I am a mother father dreaming mirth.

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.
