Seeing Heaven*

Seeing Heaven*

In the auditorium
quiet and shy
i looked at the stage
and i saw heaven.

in the hallway
new and nervous
i looked in a doorway
and i saw heaven.

in the classroom
smart and funny
i looked to my right
and i saw heaven.

on the bus
loud and exuberant
i looked right beside me
and i saw heaven

in my room
quiet and cautious
i looked in my heart
and i saw heaven.

i saw you.

thankyou..*blushing*

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
