    Savage Rap

I come home in the evening looking forward to
    a little relaxation, maybe conversation,
but what I get is vituperation.
    Vituperation is sustained bitter railing
    and condemnation.
It's Michael, Michael Savage on the radio
pandering to the fearful makes his ratings grow,
Do you believe your own words
or is it all about the numbers?
Purveyor of hate, while reason slumbers.
Even George Bush is too liberal for you
and as for women you may like a few,
who stay in the kitchen and don't speak their minds.
You sure don't like the educated kind.
    Radioman thrives on hate-filled rants,
    taking calls from the sycophants.
    Tearing down anyone who disagrees
and doesn't want to live in a Savage Nation.

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
