    River

    Oh river's surging pulse
    you are an art
    of nature's outburst,
    How you show God's wisdom
for having things to run in freedom
    You are relentlessly flowing
while beings within you are thriving
    You are worth the praise
    more than any man-made sacraments
    for your flow is nourishing
    and your rhythm
    is far more revitalizing
    than the sermon's sting

    The moon above your wife
is teased by your sensual murmurs at night
And intoxicated by like the sight
    of streaming liquors-
    spitting ecstatic moans
every time you made love with her
inside the wilderness of the forest
in the stillness of the night.

I always like the visual of a bright moon shining upon the surface of water on a dark night. Such a thing to remember the beauty of nature in a time overwhemling with technology. The poem even reveals a passion to it, proving to me that it was not a mishap, but created by an intelligent being. Well written.

Oh how the river's moans run free, tormenting the moon above .. the wife is highly desired when things are quietest. Ecstasy stimulated!

i love this poem it's deep and mysterious as well as it's also poetic

Poetry comes nearer to vital truth than history.
