Hatred
seeps from my pores.
Anger
precedes me through doors.
Trucculence
makes life distort.
Violence
my final resort.
Rage uncontrollable, caged too long.
On stage I divert it, empowering my song.
Leading the emotion, channeling energy,
releasing musically this bitterness in me.

I like the style and language of this poem. There isn't any fluff around the feelings. Are these lyrics by chance? I can definitely see them as such. Good Stuff!

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
