Reborn
Come with me,
Onto gravel rooftops.
The stars sleep overhead,
Mapping out our tomorrows,
And what is yet to come.
Come with me,
For I am alone and lost.
My hands too small,
For a world so big;
Praying for guidance.
Without hope, without faith,
I will follow.
A trust unknown,
But it's all I have.
The night forever long;
Forever possible to change.
Drowning ourselves in smoke,
Let’s change the way we think.
Come with me,
With shaking knees and blind eyes,
We take our first steps.
Like a fawn finding his legs,
We're on our own.
Reincarnated,
We are so young;
Children at best.
Anticipating the day,
Failure haunts our every thought.
What is right?
What is wrong?
Some afraid to jump in the water.
Some can't wait to leave the dock.
Follow me now.
Clear as the morning fog,
The answer lies ahead.
With squinting eyes,
We emerge from the night,
And meet the dawn of tomorrow.
Onto gravel rooftops.
The stars sleep overhead,
Mapping out our tomorrows,
And what is yet to come.
Come with me,
For I am alone and lost.
My hands too small,
For a world so big;
Praying for guidance.
Without hope, without faith,
I will follow.
A trust unknown,
But it's all I have.
The night forever long;
Forever possible to change.
Drowning ourselves in smoke,
Let’s change the way we think.
Come with me,
With shaking knees and blind eyes,
We take our first steps.
Like a fawn finding his legs,
We're on our own.
Reincarnated,

And meet the dawn of tomorrow.
