    Poem Commentary

    For those curious, I don't mind answering questions. There are some Original Poetry writers that I know personally, so this is actually to let them know...
    As of now, I am around 8 weeks along. Next month I get to hear the heart beat, and I cannot wait. At the moment, I desperately want a little girl, as the father wants a boy... Isn't that typical? :)
    I can say with honesty that I am happy, despite the fact I'm only 17 and haven't graduated from high school yet.
    But I will not let it get me down, God sent me a little miracle and I am not going to be discouraged. ^_^ This may sound hypocritcal, but I would appreciate some prayer? =]

    Pregnant @ 17

     Everyone else knows, it's time that you heard.
    This is coming from me, not some gossiping bird.

    Hold your breath, blink once, believe it when you read.
    Inside my belly I now hold, the most precious little seed.

    I'm pregnant, yes it's true.
    I'm having a baby, in June is when it's due.

    Anthony's the father, who else could it be.
    He's happy & supportive, he'll stand by me.

    Soon we'll be married, you should know that too.
    It's a little early to fear, but we're unsure what to do.

    We're going to be a family, I'm excited to say.
    So there's the "Did You Know" you discovered today...
