I am chocolate candi because I am told that I am a "sweet dark thang". I was raised in Compton and Santa Barbara. My school experience was in Compton (straight out of a movie). I had a baby out of wedlock and didn't know who the daddy really was so I blamed my highschool sweetheart. I worked all day and went to school all night. I found out I had a learning disability and a mental disorder. Ofcourse I was too damn crazy to be held down but I knew I couldn't do it alone. So I accepted Jesus as my savior, married my highschool sweetheart and had a baby that we both know is his, and entered the PhD program in biology. And this is where I live "in a nut shell".
