Pensacola Florida
Well i was headed for the border
of pensacola florida
leaving my troubles behind me
when i made my destination
it was a sad situation
and i need some company
so i found a local bar
with the good sounds of guitars
and there she was beside me
so i took a lil chance
despite my nervousness
i asked if she wanted a drink
she said yes with a smile
and we talked for a while
man this girl really made me think


before i knew it
there it was
we done fell on love
so i asked her to marry me
and she said yes with a smile
we made love for a while
i woke up with a smile

so i made her my wife and
as the years passed by
our love stayed alive
she was everything i ever dreamed
and after baby number 5
it was like the 4th of july
everyday of the week


before i knew it
there it was
we done fell on love
so i asked her to marry me
