Peace of my mind
small moments
that have me breathless
as I witness them begin
I sometimes wonder why
I've only had so few
but then
I remember that the moments I've had
with you
are the only ones I think of
at all thats why I left you a piece of myself
a peice of my heart
my soal
my mind

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
