Pain of Form

 PAIN OF FORM

Holding unto the pain of form
When I should be joining with

The flow of formlessness…

What is in the past

should be allowed to stay there.

The openness of the universe

lies in embracing its formlessness.

Our human vessel restricts.

Our past memories strangle.

How can I accept each new breath?

without first releasing the old?
