    My Sanity -10/16/10-

    What I want

    is to be free

    forget my past

    each memory

    To erase her laughter

    and her tears

    To be carefree

    without fear

    To say goodbye

    to endless tears

     

    What I want

    is to finally breathe

    To live my life

    without being so scared

    To own a laugh

    that is sincere

    To finally say

    life is fair

     

    What I want

    I cannot have

    something lost,

    long ago gone

    A broken dream

    her loving hugs

    So many things,

    I used to have

     

    But what I need

    is to wake up

    To enjoy,

    what I actually have

    To realize,

    life goes on

    and to accept,

    she will never come back.

    some people take themselves way to serious-u seem to be one of them and a tad judgemental!

    Says the person who is judging me over a poem... not all writers use their own pov

    When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
