MY NIGHT
As I walk softly into the night
I gaze at the stars all shining so bright
I look for a star that will help my plight
And I try with all my might
To find that special star that appears in my sight
To remind me of my one that is just right!
MY NIGHT
As I walk softly into the night
I gaze at the stars all shining so bright
I look for a star that will help my plight
And I try with all my might
To find that special star that appears in my sight
To remind me of my one that is just right!
A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.
Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
