Poem Commentary

RIPPED FROM THE PAGES OF MY JOURNAL: this is a true story about a young girl who lost her innocense. only the name was changed

Lil' Miss Suzie May

She said she was twenty-one

And lookin’ for some fun

Her name was lil’ Miss Suzie May

She hoped to party forever and a day

Lil Miss Suzie May was only six-teen

Le’me tell you her story, le’me paint you a scene

She leave the house in her school gurl clothes

But somewhere down the road she changes into her fish-net, black panty hose

She turns left before enterin’ the school

Next block over were yard full of drop-out fools

House party in the middle of the day

The owner of the house didn’t care he looked the other way

Booze, drugs and kids of all ages

Their addictions reach all stages

Weed-heads, Meth-heads and teen hoes

This is how lil' Miss Suzie May story goes

Now the school day is over and lil’ Miss Suzie May is strung out

She leaves the party house with her innocent hangin’ out

They grabbed her and took advantage

Her virginity she tried to keep but couldn’t manage

Repeatedly the strungout boys rolled away

Lil’ Miss Suzie got her wish

The remembrance of this party gone lasts forever and a day

Seven what a great story to pass along to our teens, maybe if they read this they will think twice before making those wrong choices. I have a poem posted titled Paint The Town, please feel free to read that my friend. :) Kool
