Life's Lesson(In Memory Of....)
Life has taught me certain realities
of what I am and am capable of
My strengths derive from burdens I thought unbearable
when dealing with the most dangerous emotion...Love
I have loved unconditionally, given all willingly
lost all completely, and somewhat I survived
Chaotic yet empty, I perservered relentlessly
faced my personal hell, and my heart revived
death stole my existence, left me lacking and longing
naught happens without reason, but revelation has a cost
only from the ultimate heights can the fall be so great
but if one gives up climbing...the lesson is lost
