    Life of Love!

As I sit alone in the midst of the night,
    Something is wrong,
    I just don't feel right.
Could it be that I'm lonely?
    Without my dear love?
You know the one of my dreams,
Who I just can't get enough of.
    She is home sleeping,
    Not missing a snore,
    I am here crying.
    Because love alone,
    Has its own war.
    You laugh then you cry,
But then love stars to hurt.
    But it is okay,
    Because loves always worth it.
    So with this last thought,
    I just say goodnight.
I'll use our love as warmth,
All day, all night and the rest of our lives.

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
